 Technician 

Our technicians will be completing residential installations which include cable TV, phone, and internet service.

Our services include, but are not limited to: installs, disconnects, reconnects, adds, changes, and troubleshooting cable TV, and internet.

In order to be considered for the job you must be able to accommodate the requirements below:

• Work a 5/6 day week (including weekends)

• Work in a variety of weather conditions

• Ability to lift up to 80 pounds

• Ability to carry a 28’ ladder from truck to pole

• Responsibility to manage and work without direct supervision

• Be organized and detailed

• SUCCESSFULLY PASS A DRUG TEST

• SUCCESSFULLY PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK

• Possess a current and valid driver license with no major moving violations

• Speak and understand fluent English/ English is a requirement

• No experience necessary

• Must be comfortable walking, crawling, bending, and kneeling

Customer Service Duties:
• Meet the time frame of each job.
• Approach clients and walk through what jobs will be done following the client and work orders needs
• Provide customer education regarding product and service usage.
• Cleans work area upon completion of job.
• Take photos required by the company in order to get paid.
